Known problems
Forwards with spaces (%20) cannot be deleted
Solution: rename the source to something that
does not contain a space (%20). Go to the redirection page and
click on the edit button
right from the target.
Remove all %20 or all %xx from the source field of the forward and press "Edit". Now, you can delete the redirection.
